As advertised – These are good quality stickers for your guitar neck. They’re not difficult to put on, even if the guitar has strings on it, if you have the slightest bit of finger dexterity. Once on, they’re hard to read but the colors help. I only kept them on the guitar for less than a day though, because suddenly the neck looked weird to me and I preferred it without the stickers. But they’re cheap and if you want these things on your guitar you really can’t go wrong. Yes, the stickers will leave a slight residue if you peel them off, but it’s not bad at all. Some of these other reviews make it sound like the residue is made of kryptonite, but what do you expect if you put stickers on your guitar? Also, the picks that came with the stickers are EXCELLENT and worth the price even without the stickers. The picks are Alice brand and come in various widths. Really good.

May be helpful to beginner guitarists – I’d say I’m an intermediate to advanced player who’s trying to gain a better understanding of my instrument. The color coding is a nice touch but I’m not usually looking at the fretboard while I play. The stickers stick very well but leave a light residue. The numbers on the side kind of screw me up. I’d say buy these for your kid if they are starting out, it’s a good product that might have helped me if I didn’t already know how to play.
