    1. N. H (verified owner)

Not 440 – A tuning fork has a simple purpose: give 440 hertz pitch. These are about a quarter tone sharp (less than a half step).

    2. T. C (verified owner)

Out of Tune – I purchased this with the intent of using this with my choir, and the pitch on all three were sharper than A440. Additionally, compared to the replacement tuning fork I purchased it takes MUCH more force to get these to resonate. Do not waste your money.

    3. K. I (verified owner)

Not 440hz, so basically useless – I’d be fine if it were a few cents off, but it’s at least a quarter-tone flat if not a full half step. All three of them are within a single hertz of each other, so definitely a calibration error.

    4. K. A (verified owner)

Not “A440”, useless!!!! – Tuning is off a few cent… enough to sound pretty bad.

Not accurate – I should have checked the reviews! These are not tuned to A440. Mine were a bit sharper (maybe 441 or 442, didn’t measure exactly). Useless for my purposes. Returned as soon as I realized.

Must have product – There were no electronic tuners in the 70’s. There were these forks and those silly gazoo-style pitch pipes. Bang a fork off your knee, stick it in your mouth, bite down on it and your head will ring that sweet 440! I still use them today for that initial A tuning when I get new strings. These are quite a value and I have one in each guitar case that I own.

    10. J. F (verified owner)

Not tuned to A440 – These are not tuned accurately. Some were even almost a half step sharp. Even in the same package, there were different pitches. Don’t buy.
