4yo loves it SO much? – UPDATE: Customer service from the manufacturer was amazing! They emailed offering a replacement/refund. But there’s no need- I tried charging it and apparently when the battery is low there’s not enough power to one tomtom. Not sure why we didn’t think to try charging it sooner. But 2 weeks is a good batter life!

Did not meet our needs – Ordered these as a present for our 5 yr old Granddaughter. They are too small for her to actually make music on. Did not feel they were worth the price so we returned them. I must say th companies customer service is too notch. Addressed our return immediately with no issues.

Here’s why…..I initially purchased this set for my 10-year old grandson, and at first gave it a 3-star review only because it turned out to be something that I thought size-wise was better suited for a younger child. I didn’t feel there was anything wrong with the product; just that it wasn’t a good fit for me. I didn’t ask or expect to hear from the company about my review, but Sarah from their customer service department reached out, and I have to say she definitely went above and beyond in ensuring I was one satisfied customer. Such an awesome idea! – I applaud the creators of this item!! Most parents dread the thought of a drum set for their kid….they are big and bulky and let’s be honest, no one wants to hear the banging all hours of the day and night! Lol These are so great!! They offer a variety of sounds and HEADPHONES!! Plus…they roll up and store in a silk bag provided!! These are a MUST for parents with kiddos that want to learn an instrument!

Some pads don’t work well – Perhaps I just got a faulty one, but I found that my snare pad doesn’t work/sound will not come out unless it is hit in a VERY specific spot and with lots of force. I tested the other pads (toms, ride cymbal, etc) and they did not have this problem. However, as the snare doesn’t seem to react well, I will be returning this product. Additionally, the bass pedal seems to have lag when responding too (hi-hat pedal seemed ok). Product just was not what I expected overall, as there are delays for some pads when trying to play.
