Inexpensive PSA-120S Replacement That Takes Up One Plug. What’s Not to Love? – This power supply gets the job done and is compact and inexpensive. The 6.5′ cord is plenty for my needs. It outputs 850mA, which is plenty for Boss pedals but might not be enough for larger, more power hungry pedals or instruments that also require a 9V Center negative power supply.

Works wells for my Mooer pedals! – Solid power supply! Works well for both the Mooer pedals and for their pedal switcher – It feels well made; the main housing feels durable too. I haven’t had any complaints with either end slipping or falling out of their socket – the barrel is just a little longer than my pedal needs but that’s ok cause I plan to it more on the switcher board than anything! Definitely would get this again! 10/10 a winner!

A worthy tip-negative 9V DC power supply for your gear, also with a generous cable length! – This 9V DC power supply is crucially a tip-negative type, whereas the vast majority of 9V DC devices in the world use tip-positive. Be certain that tip-negative is the correct requirement for your device! In my case, the power supply is being used with my DB-90 metronome, which is also a BOSS product that regrettably chose to require a tip-negative power supply. Anyway, this power supply takes care of my need. The chord length is generous at over 6 feet, which will be well-appreciated by fellow keyboardists who may need the extra reach. Note that my voltmeter clocked it at 8.8V, a variance of around 2%. This is likely no issue for anyone, but it’s worth mentioning here. Input power as shown is 100-240V, 50/60Hz, so it’s usable worldwide with any typical travel adapter.

Works great – I compared this 9V power supply against one from well known music equipment brand, and functionally I don’t think there’s any difference, aside from this one being 90 degrees. I ran them both through a pedal and they sound exactly the same, so I don’t hear any issue with “dirty power.” Splitting hairs, the male jack on this is a little longer, so it sticks out a bit from the input. However this power supply at the adapter end is substantially smaller, so I think that’s a plus.

Works perfect – I’ve use this to power my Boss TU3 tuning pedal and also for powering my Line 6 G10S receiver which can be a little finicky when it comes to power supplies. It keeps the G10TII Transmitter charged. I’m sure it will power any pedal you need it to.

Maybe it is a user error? – I broke the battery cover of my Dr. Beat DB 88 metronome. Instead of having to tape it up, untape it to insert 9V battery, I decided to get the AC adapter. I have two adapters for the metronome now and I have the same problem of high feedback when the metronome is in a supine position. If it is propped up, the feedback is a lot less but if it is lying down, then I get the feedback. I do not think it is a polarity problem. But other than the user error, I cannot think of any reason. I am giving it a four star rating even though I cannot use it because I am not sure whether it is my metronome that has a problem or a user error on my part.

Fits Casio Keyboard and Works – Our slightly older Casio keyboard had a second hand power supply that made its way into the recycle bin.

Quality power lead, and meets its rated output. Would recommend! – Note that the output jack is center negative polarity, as I believe all guitar pedal supplies are. This is not intended (without modification) for equipment which requires the center to be positive polarity. Check the polarity preference on what you are using this with first to avoid causing any damage.
