Untuned – Some of the notes do not make sound. The drum case was dirty. The packaging of the numbers were cut up pieces vs the strip of numbers. The decoration trim was loosely in the bottom of case. Basically I received a used drum vs the new one I thought I purchased. Since it was a birthday gift – imagine my surprise if it’s state when my grand daughter opened it. The only reason it was kept is due to them living in another state and my grand daughter who is ten did not want to return it and wait for a new one and they would get it tuned when they got home. Rather disappointing purchase

The numbers are stickers and come off easily – This product is great except for the numbers that come off so easy and the replacement numbers they give you are not even the same size! For the price I fee like they should be etched in the metal.

It is funish – It’s pretty cool. Loud for how small it is. Can be therapeutic and kinda helps me meditate when I just zone out and play but it basically just sounds like a music box. It’s limited if you want to use it as accompaniment for actual songs but it’s fun to play and looks cool on a table with a salt lamp and incense burner.

Incomplete, horrible sound fake advertising – You could say apparently it is ok but…. It came incomplete, it came with a pouch not a bag like in picture and sounds terrible on the 5., 1., And 6 … I definitely not recommend this stuff use you money elsewhere

Broken Mallets – Both mallets came broken. The box was in perfect condition and not damaged, so it looks like both mallets were packed that way. Snapped in half.
