Bought for 9 yo son for school band – Really like the stand and how light it is. The weight was really important because my 9yo had to carry it along with his saxophone and all his other school stuff. He really likes the clip for his book. The only negative would be the carry bag. It is ripping already, only two months use.

Great compact music stand! – It is a nice color, I got the pink to avoid another black piece of gear, and that turned out to be a great decision. The color is a softish pink that is easy on the eyes! The stand was manufactured well with no defects, and the quality of metal seems pretty good. It is thin in construction, but the bottom bass and tube material are impossible to flex by squeezing with hands for me at least, and I work out pretty regularly. I am very happy with this purchase. It all fits in a small bag that’s included, without the need to break it down into pieces! Just slide it all together with the lockers lose and it fits in a small bag. The book clip works well, though I don’t typically use those! (Disclaimer: The light in my picture is aftermarket Vekkia)
