Great Little Tuner – This is a current version of my old tuner that was destroyed when my bass took a tumble forward off and instrument stand. Bass survived perfectly. Tuner did not. This version the display is MUCH easier to read. Gets the job done and then some.

  2. F. P (verified owner)

Perfect and fits on a headless – The pics say it all. Fits snug even on a thick headless. I like that the letter can be rotated 360 so it’s always easy to read.

  3. Z. L (verified owner)

Fragile, but good – Great size. Very discreet, yet easy to read. Worked for bass and guitar. Comes with a thin plastic sheet that you pull out to activate the battery connection. When I removed it, the whole battery tray came out and a piece broke off. Not a very good out of box experience. But it still works.

Love this tuner! – This is a low-profile tuner. It attaches directly to the headstock of your guitar and can be attached to the front, back, low portion, high portion, even between the tuners. It uses a switch to change the orientation of the screen so it can be viewed longways or short.

  5. B. S (verified owner)

Does better on my guitars than my bass guitars – Although this picks up the vibration on my guitars fairly quickly, it seems to not respond as well on my bass guitar. It will eventually get the note, but it takes longer and doesn’t respond as quickly as other tuners.

  6. F. P (verified owner)

The best peg-head tuner yet! – I love clip-on tuners, as they free-up space on the floor, but the clip-on aspect itself has always been kind of annoying because they’re usually not super attractive, and they always have to come off for some reason; guitars usually won’t fit in the case with a clip tuner; maybe the tuner clamp degrades the finish if it’s left on; the guitar won’t hang on the wall; someone asks to use it, etc. I have an acoustic guitar with a built-in tuner, and I have always wondered (except for Gibson’s failed robot tuner) why it’s not more common to permanently attach a tuner to an electric guitar; this tuner accomplishes that. It’s so low-profile that it never gets in the way — visually or functionally — as other clip-on tuners can.

Low-Profile, Solid Tuner – I’ve been using a Snark clip-on tuner for years. It’s been great, but it doesn’t exactly enhance the look of my guitar. I saw this D’Addario micro tuner on a friend’s guitar and knew I had to get it. Low-profile, multiple angle options, bright display, and inconspicuous placement on the back of the headstock. People pretty much can’t even tell it’s there! The one thing I don’t like about it is that the directions on the package don’t make it clear how to use the ratchet system. That being said, after getting the first one, I’ve gone ahead and ordered one for each of my guitars! Get it—you won’t be disappointed!

  10. Z. I (verified owner)

I forget it is on the guitar – I put tuners on the back side of headstocks.
