      Does nog work – Does not work for mandolin. Don’t know what it was made for

      Only good if you don’t need all the strings. – The pictures of the tailpiece in the Amazon product description show it with 12 hooks — one for each of the eight strings and one each for strain relief on the highest four strings. The one they sent me is actually missing a hook. Defective manufacturing and completely useless.

      Product is defective and useless only has setups for 7 strings not 8 – Ordered one it was defective tried again ended up with two pieces of scrap metal

      Replacement tail piece – I bought this to replace a poorly constructed one that came on my mandolin originally. I needed to make a couple modifications to the mounting hole locations so it would match the original. Not a real easy thing to do. Once I got it installed it is performing way better than the piece of crap it originally had.
