Good cable but very stiff! – I bought this cable because of the color, because it was gold tipped and because it was an Amazon’s Choice. I like the cable but it is very stiff and has not loosened up after playing several times. I have other braided cables that aren’t stiff and the problem is that when you are through playing and wind up your cord it’s hard to coil properly. I think there is a positive in that the cable is strong and sturdy and I expect it will become more limber with time but for now it is kind of a mess. If you coil it up the way it came out of the long, narrow box it’s packaged in it’s okay but it winds up in an oblong fashion. The natural shape of the cable when wound up is an oval. Every other cable I’ve bought is wound up in a circular shape. The bottom line is that I think Donner should package this cable differently so it maintains more of a natural shape.
