Good value, solid despite plastic case – My son is under the recommended age so he can be a little rough, dropping the case, whacking away at the notes. That said it had survived intact with only a few of the metal pieces needing to be pressed back into place.

Even though it is a child’s toy, they can still learn to play simple songs. My only suggestions would be to make the mallets a little more sturdy, and to include a songbook to make it easier for the child to learn to play songs.
