Awesome tuners but they’re nickel, not chrome – These tuners rock! They dropped right into place on my American Pro Strat with no problems. There’s a good amount of resistance and I love the vintage look they give my guitar. The headstock is so much cleaner now too. No more string ends catching the cloth or pricking my fingers when I wipe it down.

Awesome Tuners – These tuners are fantastic. A bit shiny but hey they are new.All 6 feel great, holds tuning superbly. Easy to install, no drilling required. No more pricking my finger. String changes are a breeze and also easy to reuse if ever you needed to do a quick repair. In my opinion these are better than locking tuners, and cheaper in price.

Nickel isn’t chrome. These are not “chrome”. – Thankfully these are nickel, not chrome. I prefer nickel over chrome on vintage style guitars, so this works well. These tuners have that vintage look with some modern engineering. They are a little bulkier than actual vintage tuners, as these are the double peg slot/screw ferrule type, which adds some bulkiness compared to actual vintage, with a the bigger nut/washer combo securing the tuner from the face of the headstock, rather than the underside with the little philips screws…

Great tuning stability. – These may be the best standard tuners around. The traditional string attach is as simple as it gets and very secure. The 18:1 tune ration means you can do fine adjustment easily. They have great tuning stability and I rarely have to make serious adjustments. Very happy.
