didnt last long. – Ive played my guitar twice . and the volume pot is already making a tiny scratchy sound when I turn the volume up or down,.

Great pots – I used two pairs of these pots on a couple of Telecasters to use with Hot Rail style pickups, and they work just fine.

Great potentiometer with a capacitor included. – I installed this on my Epiphone SG after my split shaft pot broke. It sounds great and wasn’t too hard to install either. The only challenge was getting the capacitor soldered onto the bottom of the pot since it was such a smooth surface and I didn’t have any rosin-core solder.

Got a bad one. – Installed it and the pot made quite a bit of crackling noise when rolling the volume. Quite irritating to have to remove and re-solder in a new one.

Volume behaves like gain control with Humbuckers – I needed a volume control that behaves as a gain for my Orange OR15 single channel tube amp, which is why I bought these for an Ibanez, and these do gain control well. My only minor gripe is first 90 degrees of rotation, 0-3ish, is quite useless. Keep in mind, I’m using Ibanez rga prestige with dual Seymour D humbuckers and 5 position ibanez blade switch. Love the sound quality of this kit with caps (I used both supplied caps) and would buy again. The knob rotational stiffness is high, much higher than a mim Strat, but I prefer the stiff action. Tone control works well, nothing special.

Would definitely buy again if I needed to – Fluid volume swells throughout the entire turn of the knob. I like that it’s a little firm so if you knock it while playing live it stays where it is!

Ain’t talkin bout love – Put this in a parts caster and it works great. Wired to a DiMarzio humbucker played through Marshal amplification.

Nice product and complete set. – Worked just great. I MUCH prefer solid shafts over silly split shafts for cheap junk plastic push-on knobs…metal chrome knobs with set screws on solid shafts are far superior. Nice to have the capacitor and lock washer and washer included…good job!
