Good minimalist look – Bought these for a resto on a very old no name mij almost jaguar shaped guitar and hence went with fender replacements. The original were plastic and kind of a pukey creme color and there were only 3 left. I decided that rather than seek out a plastic color that wasn’t going to match that I’d go with a very skinny chrome feel. Turned out perfect and as expected, I did have to modify the metric holes JUST SLIGHTLY to fit oem sized bushings but with little effort the ol’ gal got a substantial face lift. Definitely recommend them if you are going for a less flashy look but sturdy and reliable.

great quality for a future project – I should have read the fine print as these were no the right size for my project. I just saw vintage Fender and made the order. I needed 1/4 inch bushings and these are too large. The good thing, these are perfect for another project I have. I really like the outer ridges that will keep these in place after getting them in. The old ones are smooth and have to put a dab of glue on to keep them from floating. I ordered a different set to go in my old Fender but use these on an old Gibson I am finishing up. perfect fit and improvement.
