– Because several of this series of uke music books have the chord shape above each bar they make learning the uke chords easy and fun. Much to be recommended.

standard notation, chords, and tablature but NO LYRICS – This book is advertised as for people who are new to ukulele and the music does have chord names for people who just want to strum along. However, none of the songs include the lyrics, so beginners cannot easily strum and sing these songs. I cannot recommend a pop song book without lyrics for beginners.
