Not for big feet – I bought this to use while playing the cajon. It sounds good, and works well. Unfortunately, maybe my feet are too big. It was not comfortable way too tight for my feet. I play the cajon without shoes so that I can use my heel to control the sound. If you have small feet, or wear shoes with it then you might have better luck.

Watch out! Beginner with musical instruments! – I bought this as I am a beginner acoustic guitar player. Been playing a few months and can now sing and play at the same time. I can’t say how good the singing actually is, but there are indeed words coming out lol. I bought this to furthur push my brain, and add another activity to the mix. I can almost feel new nural pathways being built every time I use it. It’s easy to attach to you foot, and the cymbols are very easy to get moving. You could say they’re fluid and you don’t have to spend much effort to get sound. I’m totally a beginner, but to me this seems good. It’s affordable and works well to put you on your way to being a one man band lol
