It is a good recorder for kids and for the price – This is a great recorder for the price. It is good for giving to your kids and not caring what happens to it in the end. The storage bag leaves a bit to be desired, but the recorder sounds decent, comes with a cleaning rod and small towel. Good for beginners, good for driving yourself crazy with your kids blowing into it!

Back In Elementary School!! – I really don’t know if music is still being taught in the public schools, but it certainly was when I was in school, many years ago. In fact, I ended up with a BSed in music education. I never did teach, as military service took all of my attention when I finished college.
