Hazard-do not buy – Just as a different review mentioned metal flaking off right out of the bag. No way I’m using this in my mouth. Absolute garbage.

Metal plating flakes – I was excited to try this to help my embouchure, but I couldn’t bring myself to try it. The metal plating was flaking off immediately after opening. I didn’t feel like it was completely safe to try. I didn’t want metal slivers in my mouth.

Very helpful – I’m definitely seeing a difference in my strength and intonation. The only thing I’d say I don’t like is that it didn’t come with instructions on how to use it. I had to find a video.
