Pretty Good! – I ordered this one and a bag of cheaper colorful ones from a diferent brand to be safe. I tried out one a couple of the cheap ones at first and was a little dissapointed at how mild they sound. Then I pulled this bad boy out and immediately I can see some of the nagative reviews are wrong. It does, in fact, seem to be metal. Probably a lightweight aluminum. I got it from my cold mailbox, and it still felt like cold metal. I got all gitty when I played it. Annoying and buzzy, just like I hoped. I started fumbling around with the membrane holder and put it back together, and what do you know. A little more buzz! From what I can tell, said membrane holder is meant to be the “tone adjustment knob”. Yeah, if you’re looking for instructions I’ve got news, check out my pic. That’s all you get. That’s the reason I had to knock off a star. Directions, and that “knob”. I got this thing for 2 reasons. To lose friends, and to record annoying covers. It won’t be great for recording because the knob is inconsistent. It’s the same as a bottle cap. It’s either fully tight, loose, or off. For recording I need it to sound the same throughout the process.

Sounds good, needs membrane protection – Over all I like this kazoo, but the membrane could really use a protective cover. My kids seems to always jab his finder in there ripping the membrane.

Suena muy bien – El cable es largo, entonces llega bien al amplificador. Suena bien, como esperaba. Me gustaría que trajera mas respuestos de la boquilla, pero trae como 6 (esta bien) lo recomiendo.

This is. – It is not quite as effective as they imply, but you can make adjustments to the tone. Interesting.

Great if you’re a kid… If you’re a parent of a kid with one of these that’s another story… – So I struggled with if I should rate this one star or five stars. The quality is good the sound is good my kid loves it which is where the problems begin.

I’ll never go back to the ways of old – First things first, I use this kazoo for my YouTube channel “Kazoo Kavern,” in which I cover entire soundtracks with the kazoo. Secondly, the necklace strap thing isn’t the only thing you can attach to this kazoo. I put a Wiimote strap on mine, and that’s pretty dope in my opinion. It is pitch-able and has marks for your teeth to bite down on, so you don’t even have to hold it! Also, you can put a piece of rubber over the part that you blow into. Seems useless, but hey, someone might find use in that. 5/5 kazoo, would annoy roommates again.

You need to be a little whacky to buy a kazoo – But I did as a birthday present for a friend’s birthday. What more could anyone want? I was jealous and bought one for me and now hum happy birthday to any friend who has a birthday. Have no idea how a kazoo should sound. They all sound terrible but this is sleek and looks like it could produce better sound. It probably does. Perhaps it’s my voice? It’s now stored in a beautiful box awaiting the next birthday. Enjoy!
