Quick Response – This is much better than the cheap tuner that came with a recent guitar purchase. Its response is nearly immediate and has made tuning my guitar so much easier. I just keep it on the guitar and because it is so quick I use it every time I pick up my guitar, almost out of habit. If you play the guitar and don’t already have a tuner then you need to get one and I recommend this one. You won’t find yourself needing anything better.

Nice bright display – I also have 3 Snarks to compare against. The Kliq is day and night brighter and easier to read. I have tested these against each other for accuracy and they both are very good. They both also take the small button batteries that I haven’t had a problem with leakage. The one tuner I bought took 2 AAA batteries and it is now trashed. AAA or AA batteries always eventually leak destroying your flashlight or other device. It’s just a matter of when. I choose this Kliq for tuners.

On off switch cumbersome – The product is easy to view and clips on well. The on-off switch is a little cumbersome. You have to hold it a few seconds to get it to come on. And you have to hold it a few seconds for it to turn off. It will not turn off on its own in a reasonable amount of time.

Be smart about your purchase – This is one of the best tuners that I’ve ever used. I am able to clip it on my soprano saxophone and transpose the tuner to the actual notes. As for the complaints about it being fragile. Of course it is! It’s small and made of plastic. That means you need to take care of it. I bought a hard case for storage. Taking steps to prolong usability is important. This tuner is great and I may end up buying another one for my wife and her flute.
