Music to my ears. Excellent tone and clarity. – I ordered these through Amazon because I’ve been disappointed by previous clave orders. The sound clarity and tone can be a mixed bag. This is not the case for these claves! I was very happy with the sound and quality of these claves. The tone is traditional and exactly what I was looking for. Very happy that I didn’t have to buy multiple pairs to find the exact sound I was looking for. Although there are cheaper alternatives of this instrument, Amazon’s return policy makes this the best source to buy them from. These claves have a shiny finish instead of a dull satin finish but they play just the same. Excellent buy.

Don’t pay less for the cheaper model we started on the fo – The Claves have a clear and rich sound that is usable either in studio or on a professional set. I also tried the cheaper model LP Clave and it’s not worth the money. Spend the extra bucks and get this one.

The claves aren’t Grenadilla – I was expecting unfinished Grenadilla wood; what I got looks like Honduras mahogany with a hard finish. They sound great, so I’ve decided to keep them, but they are decidedly not Grenadilla wood.

Pienso que para futuras ventas ya sea campana o Woods clave , debían de incluir dentro del paquete bolsas para guardar o llevar , Lp latin Percussion es una compañía muy reconocida me extraña que no tenga detalles o comodidades para sus clientes……otras compañia son más económicas y las traen ……copien de lo bueno ♀️
