Decent quality and price here, but… – The quality is pretty good, and so is the value on Amazon, compared to the others offered. But all these specialty products are usually overpriced, since they are geared to a special market. You can buy quite the same thing in a generic microfiber cloth too, if you do a little more shopping. I found a larger 16 x 16 inch (pack of 5 cloths) for not even double the money, called Modern Magic cloths elsewhere on the net that are just as good quality, and larger too. Besides, they are a very nice blue instead of this dull grey color. But this MI & VI cloth is still a decent value and works well, as featured being an Amazon’s Choice in this type of product.

Great for wiping down cello – This is a very nice soft cloth. Perfect for cello.

very good – This is one of the nicest cloths I’ve used. The texture is nice and cleans the strings well. The squeaks are not as loud with this cloth. Holds on to the rosin well and doesn’t come off on your hands or anything. Does a good job cleaning the face of the violin, I don’t think its “polishing” like it says since some of the little smudges are still there (I have a very shiny violin haha). But otherwise than that I really like it.

Wonderful cloth – Cloth will work wonderfully for my son’s violin.

Nice microfiber clothes for my guitars – Unlike other cheap ones, this one comes with five thick and well packaged microfiber clothes.

Great cloth and price – First of all, I wear glasses and have been learning how to play guitar for more than xxxx years. I believe in and have used microfiber cloths for years (actually, decades) – both for cleaning glasses and cleaning guitars. Which, I suppose, would allow me to claim a degree in “microfiber cleaning cloths 101.” Second, these are excellent cleaning cloths. They have a great tactile feel – a bit on the heavy side – and easy to use in hand. Also, the size is very good, 12”x12”. Some microfiber cloths I’ve used are less than adequate; a bit too small to clean well, and too flimsy to grasp and use adequately. These are microfiber “chamois” and a joy to use. When you factor in the cost for the 3-pack, the price becomes very, very reasonable. If I had two more hands, I would definitely give these cloths four thumbs up.

Good value, but probably best for brasswind rather than wood or strings – Low price for a nice, quality item. The color choice was a nice plus. Packaging was appealing and minimal. The material seems durable, and it unfolds for greater area coverage.

My favorite violin cleaning cloth – I really enjoy this cleaning cloth for my violin-it is large (practically covers most of the instrument), doesn’t leave lint behind, and is very durable (the instructions say to not wash it, but they have went through and came out just fine)! It takes off rosin dust (after recently playing-this won’t take off caked on rosin alone-you will probably need a cleaning solution for that) with ease as well as sweat and grime from the chinrest and violin neck. Again, I have washed them multiple times and they hold up well in the wash (but the manufacturer does state to not wash). I have already bought two and I am probably going to buy another two for Christmas because they are one of the better products I have seen.
