Product highlights :
Tiny, tough, & light, so you can bring it along. Wear it around your neck, or slip it in your pocket. Make music anywhere – whenever you have a spare moment. (Can’t read music? Our step-by-step music curriculum is sold separately.)
Range is an octave and a 1/3 – enough range for most folk songs & hymns. Fully chromatic, so it plays all sharps & flats without half-covering toneholes. Intuitive fingering pattern. Easy to get started, relative to most instruments
In the Key of G – a great folk key. Note: Like many band instruments (trumpets, saxes, clarinets…), this ocarina is taught as a transposing instrument in C in order to simplify learning & make it easier to find lots of sheet music to play
Color is black with translucent fluorescent golden-green highlights. Highlights vary from bright to subdued, depending on exposure to UV light (such as sunlight). Also includes sturdy neck cord with safety connector
Made with care in the USA by a small family-owned business. A quality acoustic instrument (NOT electronic) capable of great beauty & expressiveness – with sufficient practice. Designed for adults, but apt for children over 6 with adequate adult guidance

Sweeeet! – I picked up this G-Mountain Ocarina from an Amazon Locker this afternoon while my wife picked up a few groceries from the adjacent store. She returned to the car in about 15 minutes, and I had already played (not mastered) one of the hymns we sang in church this morning. Sure, it’s going to take some work to get nice intonation—just as it does with any wind instrument—but this little ocarina, because it can be always with me, can shorten the “learning curve.”

A more portable version of the standard ocarina – This is a super durable and smaller version of the common transverse ocarina. The holes have been rearranged to an inline layout for a slick form factor that makes it very easy to find space in a pocket or bag to take it anywhere with you. It’s in the key of G, so a bit higher than the common alto C ocarinas. With the new hole arrangement, the fingering on the sharps/flats is slightly different, yet similar enough that it’s easy to pick up on with a little practice.

Lovely and Compact Ocarina, Easy To Play Beautiful Music – The ocarina is fun and easy to play with practice. The notes are clear and aren’t very breathy, even when I played while congested. The fluorescent green looks cool and pretty. It fits well in my hands, and I don’t have to stretch my fingers far to play notes.
