Awesome! – Delivery was quick and works like a charm for a reasonable price. I had already spent more on gas with multiple trips to the music store to unstick the mouthpiece for my son’s trumpet. Great value.

Usefull tool but lacks grip – The metal sliding clamps that grip the mouthpiece neck do not stay tight. As I attempted to remove the mouthpiece, the metal sliding clamps continued to open slowly and did not maintain a tight grip. Almost giving up and deciding to return the tool, I gave it one last chance. I ended up using a 4 inch C-clamp to hold the metal sliding clamps from opening up. Once that was done, the mouth piece was able to be removed within 15 minutes. Maybe the metal sliding clamps are defective since they should not have kept loosening up. I did attempt to tighten the sliders as tight as I could but they continued to slide open. Maybe the manufacturer should include something with the tool to hold everything tightly.

Nothing flashy, but works – It did exactly what is supposed to. It’s not made for weak hands, but muscle will certainly make this product useful.

The puller worked great and saved me a trip to an instrument repair shop – The puller is incredibly easy to use and my mouthpiece was jammed to the hilt. When the trumpet fell off the table it landed square on the mouthpiece. Thanks to the puller, I have no plier marks on my horn or the mouthpiece.

it works – I used 2 small grip clamps for the trumpet end to prevent the small locking pieces from moving

It works – I learned how to use it on YouTube and tried it three times before it saved my son’s trumpet.

Worth it – Got it for my sister who presses the mouthpiece too hard and gets it stuck often. She took this to school and the band director immediately got the mouth piece out
