Came Used – This product was a fun little gift. It works well and is pretty novice for someone with no accordion experience. Fun for adults too! However, I purchased this item new, paid full price, and it most definitely came used. The box was beaten up and the accordion had dirt and marks on it.

Hard to use. Sad songs only. – I’m 15 and it takes quite the effort to stretch out the bellows, (yes I’m using the air valve) and this is meant for kids. I don’t see how a kid could play this and not get exhausted after using it. Also, the bellows aren’t very airtight. You really have to squeeze and pull to get out some notes, and it’s very hard to do this coupled with the limited length of the bellows and the resistance from the instrument. This makes playing fast songs, such as drunken sailor, very difficult. Slow songs are easy, but with fast ones you can’t seem to get more than a single note out before you completely collapse the bellows.

Great value for the price – I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of age, who wants a cheap intro to accordions. It’s a far cry from how a real accordion plays, but the sound is still there. It’s a lot of fun to play, even as an adult.

fun item – MUSICUBE 10 Keys Accordion, Accordion for Kids is super cute. My grandson wanted this for his birthday, so I got it, and he loved it. He had a lot of fun serenading us. It was delightful. Of course his younger brother had to try it out also, as did their dad. Lots of fun.

More of a toy – The bellow is really squeaky, which almost ruins the experience altogether. If it weren’t for that, the rest of the issues would hardly be worth mentioning (i.e. The thumb strap is in an awkward position, uncomfortable).
