A serious Improvement on an already great idea – Love how portable it is. Like all of the new sounds as well.

Not enough improvement – I’ve been intrigued by the Orba since the first one, I backed the Kickstarter and found that it was limited by its poorly made app but a cool idea. I thought they would’ve gotten it right this time but the notes and scales make it super limiting still for a real musician trying to produce on the go or use it as MIDI. A couple cool functions like using it for a mod in conjunction with a synth sound (flip it upside for results) but mostly the looping and app functions are still as stiff and impractical as the first go round… I’m still going to try to use it and I think it’s cool to show people, but mostly it’s an overpriced toy compared to what it promises.
