Subtle changes noticed after using this – Not sure if it’s accurate as far as frequency. I use this in the morning at work with a selenite crystal to help clear negative energy. Then I work on mudras. People on whom I’ve used it and who’s spaces I’ve cleared have repeatedly said they notice differences. As a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, it has become part of my wellness services.

Really nice set of tuning forks! – Arrived quickly. High quality. Sounds are light and lovely. These are all C notes but slightly different frequencies. Found a youtube video showing how to hold all three in the same hand at the same time. Included mallet worked great as did a crystal point for striking. Very happy with these and the seller.
