Amazing Sound for a Small Drum! – Bought 2 for my grandkids because they love playing mine. They are the perfect size, sound great, and they love them!

Steel pan drum travels – This instrument is really handy to take with you! It is the size of a small dinner plate. It is metal and sounds beautiful except the highest note. Mine is flat. That drives my ear crazy, so I docked it one star. My students still love it.

It’s for one of my two year old grandsons. – Not sure yet, it’s a Christmas gift, but another grandson has one and loves it. The sound, unlike many children’s toys, is really quite lovely.

Tongue Drum – Love the color, shape, and size. The 7th and upper octave 1 don’t make as clear of a sound as I would like. I also wish the song book was printed in bigger, darker numerals. I am unfamiliar with many of the songs.

Was as advertised – The tougue drum is small (6inches in diameter), so probably not suitable if you plan to use it for musical performances…..for those I recommend going to a much larger version. But it is good for learners, or as a child’s introduction to percussion instruments. Plus it’s virtually indistructable.
