      Love these sand blocks – I have wanted these for my music classroom. Finally I was able to buy them. The students love them!

      Rythm band sand blocks – Great buy !!! They were cheap and very nice. I am going into Early Childhood Education so I am gathering things ahead of time

      Not a fan – Not a fan of these. Really cheaply made. They are literally sand paper pulled across blocks. When you scrape them together, you get debris falling off and they lose their scratchiness quickly. Maybe I was spoiled from the ones that my daughter uses at KinderMusik, but these were a let down. They are grating to my senses, even though I never felt like that using the ones during class. My daughter hasn’t played with them since she opened them Christmas morning.

      Sand paper only attached with staples – easily comes loose. – Sand paper is stapled to the end of the block. Within minutes of playing with the blocks one end of the sand paper pulled free from the staples. I’m going to reattach with hot glue. Sand paper “drops” lots of grit when sliding the blocks together.
