Happy little mistake – This was a gift, but what I got in the mail was something different than what I expected (a travel bag for a conga). But turns out that whom it was for truly enjoyed both the reorder of the right item and the wrong item that was initially sent. Go figure.

It’s okay – It looks really nice! But it doesn’t have that true, gourd sound, and the beads don’t help with sound either, they’re kinda skimpy. It’s a little big too for a smaller-handed woman. Maybe better for decoration than if you’re looking for the actual instrument (should’ve gone to Etsy!) But I’ll definitely be using it anyway, I don’t dislike it enough to go through the hassle of a return.
