I wouldn’t go so far as saying medical grade – I bought this mostly as a novelty, prop, stress reducer-type thing. It’s great in that regard and the price was reasonable. Describing it as medical grade I don’t know so much. It doesn’t give me the impression of medical grade precision based on its appearance. The tines aren’t precisely aligned and the fixed weights don’t give the impression of careful placement based on how they appear to be affixed. Nonetheless, for me, the item is perfect. Priced right. And I’m pleased.

Mismarked as C128 – I have checked this against various tuning apps and other forms I have. It is marked as C 128 but the frequency is G 384. I’ll keep it because knowing the accurate frequency I can use it but if you were wanting to do parallel tuning with another 128, it just won’t work.
