Low cost, works great. – I have used straight through MIDI cables for years; but typically with a dedicated MIDI or sound card in a PC. I have also used newer model keyboards which have a USB port built in without issue. I have known about MIDI to USB cables for some time, but never had reason to use one.

It works so far! – I bought this to connect my Roland TD-4 unit to my PC. It took a bit of guesswork configuring Ableton, but after watching a handful of instruction videos I managed to get it to work. Now I can play my electronic drums through my PC, which opens all sorts of streaming music possibilities. Guess I better get good at the drums now. 😀

Works – I was worried that it wouldn’t work cause I have an older Roland digital piano, but it worked great! I plugged it into apple usb camera kit adapter to use with Simply piano app for perfect recognition. No issues and it was easy to set up. Great price too!

WORKS, cheap, no latency, no issues! – I use this with a Midi foot controller which is used to control my PC based amp emulators. Plug in the USB end to the computer, and the other to the foot controller, and that’s it! Never had any connectivity problems with it. Seems to do just fine with the Midi to USB conversion. No latency that I can notice. The chord is reasonably flexible. The price was pretty good for what it is. Arrived quite fast… blah, blah. Overall great cable!

Good for connecting electronic piano to computer – Used this cable to connect our electronic piano to our MS Surface so my kids could do Piano Marvel. Works well with no issues thus far. Everything has been working well for a month or so now.
