The crystal singing bowl comes with a heavy duty crystal singing bowl case and housed in a suede texture crystal bowl bag to provide protection and easy to access. A cowhide crystal singing bowl mallet suede striker and O-ring are packed in singing bowl mallet bundle pocket. Instruction for sound bowls healing included.

For smaller bowls, it may be preferable to place them in hand to hear them better. Gently tap the outer rim of the bowl and glide the mallet around the outer edge. Gliding with constant, firm pressure to continue the ringing sound. Practice a few times to achieve perfect sound. Always use light pressure while taping the quartz bowl.

All of the bowls were exactly 440hz tuning +/- 1 or 2 cents (which is incredible) except for the crown Chakra B was +12 cents, which really isn’t that bad. I love the o-rings. I received an assortment of 4 different types of mallets, which is great because I thought I wanted the clear mallets, but the roughness of the frosting sounds better (to me) with the hollow soft leather mallet.
