Exactly what I expected – I received this product with the right expectations, and it fit perfectly. I ordered the 38″, and it measured 38″ as you measure a shofar, following the curve of the horn. In the pictures, the red white pattern of the bed is about 1″ spacing, and it’s about 24″ long that way. There is a slight odor, which is to be expected from the product of a once-living animal. The odor is pretty easily removed with treatment with the provided spray and proper airing out. The video shows my attempts at blowing it properly, and some incorrect blowing methods. For those who get one and complain about sound, I took this video to show you can make appropriate noises or non-melodious garbage, but that’s 99% on you, not on the horn. The velvet bag is a beautiful addition.
